Offensive Coordinator
Jarod Dodson directs the Stetson offense with an emphasis on efficiency, adaptability, and playmaking. His system is designed to maximize player strengths while creating opportunities to attack defenses in multiple ways. He develops quarterbacks and skill players to think fast, execute confidently, and play aggressively.
Defensive Coordinator
Dustin Kincaid leads the Stetson defense with a focus on discipline, physicality, and execution. Known for building aggressive, assignment-sound units, he emphasizes accountability and effort on every snap. His approach develops players who understand the game, play fast, and compete with confidence.
Special Teams Coordinator
Atif Austin oversees special teams with a focus on precision, effort, and game-changing execution. He prepares players to win the hidden yardage battle and impact the game in critical moments. His units are disciplined, detail-oriented, and built to swing momentum.

Tom Melton leads the strength and conditioning program with a focus on performance, durability, and long-term development. His training approach is built around maximizing each athlete’s potential — developing speed, strength, and resilience through structured, intentional programming. Every session is designed to prepare players to compete at a higher level and handle the demands of the game.
Athletic Training & Recovery
Kevin Tarpey oversees athletic training and recovery, ensuring players are prepared, protected, and able to perform at their best. From injury prevention to rehabilitation, his work allows athletes to stay on the field and recover the right way. His focus is simple: keep players healthy, strong, and ready to compete.
